Glykol AB provides a web-based platform for workplace risk assessment and safety management, offered as a subscription service to companies (“the Company”). By using the service, the Company and its users agree to comply with the applicable Terms of Service and the agreement entered into with Glykol AB.
Use of the Service
The service may only be used in accordance with the agreed purpose and applicable law. The Company is responsible for ensuring that all users use the service properly and that login credentials are handled securely. Unauthorized use, misuse of the service, or distribution of malicious code is strictly prohibited.
Availability, Operations and Support
The service is normally available 24/7, except during planned or unplanned maintenance or downtime. Updates and improvements may be deployed continuously. Glykol AB provides support during business hours on weekdays.
Data and Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the platform are owned by Glykol AB or its licensors and may only be used for the purpose of using the service. The Company retains ownership of the data it creates and stores in the service. Data from the service may not be resold or redistributed.
Personal Data and Privacy
Glykol AB processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR) and its Privacy Policy. The Company is responsible for ensuring that its use of the service and any personal data processing carried out within the service has a lawful basis. Personal data incidents are handled in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements.
Liability and Limitations
The service is provided “as is”. Glykol AB does not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages. Glykol AB’s total liability is limited in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Changes to the Terms
Glykol AB may update the Terms of Service from time to time. Customers will be informed in advance of any material changes.
Governing Law
Use of the service is governed by Swedish law.
